Silver Service – “The Double Clean Full Service”

The Double Clean Full Service includes:

• State of the art carpet cleaning system: we use powerful twin vac, high pressure portable units
• Pre Inspection: Our technicians will inspect any areas of concern, as well as making a note of the carpet construction and the fibre content. The technicians will advise you of the possibility of any permanent stains.
• Pre vacuum. This removes up to 86% of surface dirt and makes the cleaning process a lot more successful.
• A cleaner and sanitiser will be applied before pre conditioning, which works on impact to kill any bacteria or germs in the carpet. This cleaner and sanitiser is then extracted from the carpet or upholstery.
• A Pre Conditioner is then applied to the carpet or upholstery and any pre spot treatment is carried out: Traffic lanes and spots are always pre treated for more effective removal.
• Agitation. The pre conditioner is agitated into the carpet or upholstery using mechanical agitation or brushes. This helps to further loosen the dirt from the surface.
• Extract & Rinse. Once the soil has been loosened our Hot water extraction machines will thoroughly clean the carpets or upholstery removing dirt, pollens and bacteria. Pressure and heat are controlled by the technician at the machine to ensure that your carpet or upholstery never gets over wet.
• Post Spot Treatment. Any spots that are remaining after the cleaning process will be treated using speciality spot and stain removal techniques: Please note- some stains are permanent and will not be removable.
• Post Grooming. The carpet and upholstery will be groomed to re-align the fibres.
• Turbo Drying. Air movers are placed in the cleaning area to speed up the drying process.
• Post inspection. We will walk through the cleaning area with you to make sure you are delighted with the results.
• Deodoriser. A deodoriser will be applied during the rinse and extract process to remove any unwanted smells left in the carpet.
